The device was simple in design and interfaced with the web portal via USB. Once the patient or doctor logs in, they are able to purchase and download credits.
Downloading was simple. You enter the amount you would like relative to what you have available. If there were not enough credits, you were able to purchase more from here.
Purchasing and refunds went hand-in-hand if you're a patient. Payments were handled through PayPal and a form was used to be sent directly to the insurance provider.
